Fried Idly

Fried Idly

Ingredients
Rava- 1 small Bowl
Curd- 1/2 Bowl
Salt- 1/2 tsp
Eno- 1/3 tsp
Water- 1/2 Bowl (if required)

Method

  • Mix Rava, Curd and Salt, make a thick batter, you can add some water if its required.
  • Then add Eno and keep this batter for 5 minutes.
  • Now fill this batter in a idly mold.
  • Cook it for 15 minutes, now check your idlies with the help of a knife, if your knife if clean means idlies are ready.

Ingredients 
to fry idly 
Curry Leaves- 8-10 leaves
Mustard Seeds- 1/2 tsp
Salt- 1/2 tsp or as par taste
Chilly- 1/2 tsp
Coriander Powder- 1/2 tsp
Garam Masala- 1/2 tsp
Sambar Masala- 1/2 tsp
Tomatoes- 2 Medium
Onion- 1 Medium
Cabbage- Few layers
Oil- 3 tsp
Green Chilly- 1
Coriander- for garnish

Method

  • Chop Onion, Tomato and Cabbage in dice
  • Heat the oil in a pan and add Mustard seeds and Curry Leaves, fry the Onion till golden brown and then add Tomato and Cabbage.
  • Now add all spices and saute.
  • Add Idlies and fry for 1-2 minutes.
  • Garnish with Green Chilly and Coriander.

Chocolate shake

Ingredients: for 1 glass
Chocolate Syrup- 5 tsp
Cold Milk- 1/2 glass
Sugar- 1 tsp
Ice Cubes- 2

Method

  • Pour Milk, Sugar and Chocolate syrup in a mixer jar.
  • Now Mix it well and add Ice cubes.
  • Pour this in a glass and yummy shake is ready to drink.

CURD- ARBI

Ingredients
Arbi- 250 gms. (Boiled)
Curd- 1/2 Bowl
Carom seeds (Ajwain)- 1/4 tsp
Salt- 1/2 tsp
Chilly Powder- 1/2 tsp
Turmeric Powder- 1/2 tsp
Coriander Powder- 1/2 tsp
Green Chilly- 1
Green Coriander- to garnish
Oil- 3 tsp
Water- 1 1/2 Cup
Method

  • Peal and cut the Arbi in round shape.
  • Heat the Oil. add Carom seeds and then put all spices.
  • Now add Arbi and fry for 1 minute.
  • Add water and Curd.
  • Cook for 5-8 minutes.
  • Now add Green Chilly and garnish with Green Coriander.

Garlic Pasta..

GARLIC PASTA

Ingredients
Pasta- 1 medium bowl
Garlic- 8-10 Cloves
Tomatoes- 3
Green Chilly- 1
Curd- 6-7 tsp
Italian Herbs- 1/2 tsp
Oregano- 1/2 tsp
Red Chilly Powder- 1/2 tsp
Turmeric- 1/2 TSP
Tomato Chilly Sauce- 3 tsp
Salt- 1 tsp or as par taste
Olive Oil- 3 tsp

 Method

  • Boil Pasta then grind Tomatoes, Green Chilly and Garlic cloves.
  • Heat the Oil and add Tomato mixture and cook for 3 minutes.
  • Add Curd and all other Spices (Red Chilly, Turmeric, Italian Herb, Oregano and Salt ) in this mixture and cook again for 2-3 minutes.
  • Now add Sauce and pasta, cook for 3 minutes.
  • Serve it hot and enjoy.

KACHORI WITH SABJI AND CHATNI

Kachori with Sabji and Chatni

Sabji
Ingredients
Tomatoes- 2 (Chopped)
Potatoes- 2 (Boiled)
Coriander-3/4 tsp
Red Chilly- 1/2 tsp
Turmeric- 1/2 tsp
Garam Masala- 1/2 tsp
Salt- 3/4 tsp or as par the taste
Cumin Seeds- 1/4 tsp
Green Coriander
Green Chilly- 1
Mustard Oil- 4 tsp

Method

  • Heat the oil in a pan, add Cumin seeds until the sputter.
  • Now add chopped Tomatoes and add all the spices (Coriander,Red Chill, Turmeric, Garam Masala and Salt) and cook until saute or it releases the oil.
  • Now mash the Potatoes and add with cooked Tomatoes and now add 2 cup of water.
  • cook until it boil properly.
  • Now add Green Coriander add Green Chopped Chilly.

Chatni
Ingredients
Mint- 1 bunch
Green Coriander- 1 bunch
Green Chilly- 8
Asafoetida- 2 pinch
Cumin Seeds- 1/2 tsp
Salt- 1- 1/2 tsp
Lemon- 2
Pea nuts- 12

Method

  • Clean Coriander, Chilly and Mint and wash them properly.
  • Now grind them in a mixture jar and add all Spices(Asafoetida, Cumin Seeds, Salt, Lemon and Pea nuts ).
  • Grind until it becomes fine paste.
  • Now Chatni is ready.


For Kachori
To make a Dow
Ingredients
Fine Flour (Maida)- 1 bowl
Suji- 2 tsp
Wheat Atta- 2 tsp
Salt-1/2 tsp
Refind Oil- 4 tsp
Water
Oil- To deep fry

For Stuffing
Potato- 2 (boiled & mashed)
Red Chilly- 1/4 tsp
Salt- 3/4 tsp
Coriander Powder-3/4 tsp
Chat Masala- 1/2 tsp
Asafoetida- 1 pinch
Green Coriander- Chopped
Green Chilly- 1

Method

  • First mix all the dow ingredients to make a soft dow.
  • Now mix all the stuffing ingredients to make stuffing.
  •  Make small ball and stuff the stuffing, now spread the ball and fry.
  • Do the same with remaining dow and stuffing.
  • Now Kachories are ready.
  • Enjoy with Sabji and Chtni.

RICE KHEER

Ingredients
Rice- 1/2 bowl
Milk- 1 Ltr.
Raisins
Almonds- 12 pieces (Chopped)
Makhana- 15 pieces (Fried)
Cardamoms- 3 pieces (Crushed)
Saffron
Sugar- 3/4 Bowl

Method
  • Wash the rice and Soak them for 1 hour.
  • Now boil the Milk and then add Rice and Saffron.
  • Now simmer the gas and cook it until the rice are starting to break up.
  • cook it around 15 minutes and put Sugar and cook it until milk is thick.
  • Now add all the nuts (Raisins, Almonds, Makhanas and Cardamoms) and cook for more 5 minutes.
  • And remove the vessel from the stove and enjoy it. 
  •  you can enjoy it either hot or chilled.

Stuffed Capsicum

STUFFED CAPSICUM

Ingredients:-

Capsicums- 4
Potatoes- 3
Green Chilly- 1
Oil- 4 tsp
Mustard seed- 1/2 tsp
Coriander Powder- 3/4 tsp
Turmeric Powder- 1/2 tsp
Salt- as par your taste
Mango Powder- 1/2 tsp
Red Chilly- 1/2 tsp
Asafoetida- 1 Pinch

Method:-


  • Boil Potatoes and peel them.
  • Mix spices (Coriander Powder, Chilly Powder, Turmeric Powder, Salt, Mango Powder and Asafoetide) in potatoes and mesh them.
  • Now stuff this Potato mixture in your Capsicums.
  • Heat the oil in a pan, add Cumin Seeds and little bit Salt, Now add stuffed Capsicums.
  • Cook for 10-15 minutes and keep on flipping the sides in between all the sides are evenly cooked.
  • Now you can enjoy this with Paratha.
