Ingredients:
- Masala Kulcha Base (easily available in market) - 4 pieces
- Cottage Cheese - 150 gm
- Tomato - 2
- Onion - 1
- Capsicum - 1
- Green Coriander for garnishing
- Green Chilly - 2
- Coriander Powder - 1 tsp
- Red Chilly Powder - 1/2 tsp
- Turmeric Powder - 1/2 tsp
- Garam Masala - 1/2 tsp
- Salt as par taste
- Cumin Powder - 1/2 tsp
- Cooking Oil - 4 tsp
- Chop Onion, Tomatoes, Capsicum and Green Chilly in small dices.
- Now heat the Oil and fry Onion until it light brown.
- Now add all the Spices (Red Chilly, Turmeric, Garam Masala, Coriander, Cumin Powder and Salt )
- Now add Tomatoes, Capsicum and Green Chilly and cook it until it releases oil.
- Now add Cottage Cheese and mix it properly.
- Cook it for 1 minute.
- Add some Green Coriander.
- Now spread this mixture evenly on one piece of Kulcha Base and cover it with another piece of Kulcha Base.
- Sprinkle little Green Coriander on the top of the Kulcha Base and now cook it on non-sticky tawa with very little oil.
- Serve it hot and enjoy with or without Ketchup.
