PAV - BHAJI

PAV - BHAJI

Ingredients:

For Bhaji

Potato- 1
Capsicum- 1
Cauliflower- Small piece
Brinjal- 1 Small piece
Carrot- 1 Small
Onion- 2 Medium Chopped
Tomatoes- 5 Chopped
Green Chilly- 2
Garlic- 6 Cloves
Ginger-1inch
Coriander for garnishing

Spices

Red Chilly Powder- 1/2 tsp
Turmeric- 3/4 tsp
Garam Masala- 1/2 tsp
Coriander Powder- 3/4 tsp
Salt- as per taste
Bhaji Masala- 1 tsp (if available)
Butter- 100 gm.
Oil- 4 tsp

Pav- 4 Pieces (Serve for 2)

Recipe:

  • Chop all vegetables and boil them. (Potato, Cauliflower, Carrot, Brinjal and Capsicum)
  • Heat Oil in a Pan or Kadhai and fry Onion till they turn golden brown.
  • Now add garlic, ginger paste and tomatoes and cook for 2 minutes.
  • Now mix all spices (Red Chilly Powder, Turmeric, Garam Masala, Coriander Powder, Salt and Bhaji Masala) and cook until it releases the Oil.
  • After that add boiled vegetables and add some Water now mix it properly.
  • Now mesh Bhaji properly, add some Butter and Lemon and cook it for 5-6 minutes.
  • Garnish with Coriander, Green Chilly and Onion Rings.
  • Now pour some Butter in a pan and lightly toast yours Pav.

Now you can enjoy your Pav - Bhaji.

MASALA KULCHA.....




Here comes the next dish!!! Today I am gonna teach you, how to cook yummy Masala Kulcha at home.

Ingredients:


  • Masala Kulcha Base (easily available in market) - 4 pieces
  • Cottage Cheese - 150 gm
  • Tomato - 2
  • Onion - 1
  • Capsicum - 1
  • Green Coriander for garnishing
  • Green Chilly - 2
  • Coriander Powder - 1 tsp
  • Red Chilly Powder - 1/2 tsp
  • Turmeric Powder - 1/2 tsp
  • Garam Masala - 1/2 tsp
  • Salt as par taste
  • Cumin Powder - 1/2 tsp
  • Cooking Oil - 4 tsp
Recipe:

  • Chop Onion, Tomatoes, Capsicum and Green Chilly in small dices.
  • Now heat the Oil and fry Onion until it light brown.
  • Now add all the Spices (Red Chilly, Turmeric, Garam Masala, Coriander, Cumin Powder and Salt )
  • Now add Tomatoes, Capsicum and Green Chilly and cook it until it releases oil.
  • Now add Cottage Cheese and mix it properly.
  • Cook it for 1 minute.
  • Add some Green Coriander. 

  • Now spread this mixture evenly on one piece of Kulcha Base and cover it with another piece of Kulcha Base.
  • Sprinkle little Green  Coriander on the top of the Kulcha Base and now cook it on non-sticky tawa with very little oil.
  • Serve it hot and enjoy with or without Ketchup.

Fresh Home made PAN PIZZA

Ingredients:

  • Pizza base - 1
  • Green Chilly - 1
  • Onion - 1/2
  • Capsicum - 1/2
  • Tomato - 1/2
  • Salt - 1/4 tsp
  • Ketchup
  • Mozzarella Cheese  - 125gms (Shreaded)
  • Red Chilly - 1/4 tsp
  • Pizza Seasoning
  • Jalapeno - 4 to 6 rings

Fried Rice

Hey friends, I am starting this blog so all of you can learn and enjoy some really tasty vegetarian, easy to cook dishes... Hope you like my blog and appreciate the dishes...


This is a simple recipe of fried rice for two people...

Ingredients: 

  • Boiled Rice (you can also use left over rice in this recipe) - 1 Bowl
  • Cooking Oil (or Ghee) - 3 tsp
  • Turmeric (Haldi) - 1/2 tsp
  • Red Chilly powder (Mirch Powder) - 1/2 tsp (according to taste)
  • Garam Masala - 1/2 tsp  
  • Dried Mango Powder (Amchur) - 1/2 tsp
  • Cumin Seeds (Jeera) - 1/2 tsp
  • Salt (Namak) - according to taste
  • Coriander Powder (Dhaniya Powder) - 1/3 tsp 
  • Green chilly (Hari Mirch) - 1
  • Onion (Pyaaz) - 1
  • Tomatoes (Tamater) - 2
  • Green Bell pepper (Shimla Mirch) - 1/2
  • Boiled Potato (Ubla Aaloo)  -1
  • Boiled Peas (Matar) - 1/4 cup


Recipe :


  • Chop all the vegetables (Green Chilly, Onion, Tomatoes, Bell Pepper, Potato).
  • Pour Cooking oil into the pan and heat it.
  • Add Cumin Seeds and fry the chopped onions till golden brown.
  • Add all the spices (Turmeric, Red chilly, Salt, Garam Masala, Coriander Powder and Dried Mango Powder) one by one.
  • Add all the remaining vegetables in the following order (Green Chilly, Bell Pepper, Tomatoes, Potatoes and Peas).
  • Stir the mixture for 2 minutes.
  • Now add rice and fry for 1 minute.
  • Serve the hot dish with pickles or curd...
